Shipping

We offer standard shipping for fixed price €20 for one parcel (no matter how many items it includes) on all orders shipping to your home address. The average delivery time is 15 days and depends on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility. Please note:

• Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details
• Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.
